What was your overall impression of the weekend consultation?

• Focused upon the servant’s heart attitude – enjoyed it fully.
• It was a fast day – a great balance of discussion/info/hands on time

What areas could have been improved? Explain.

• None
• It is a LOT to cover in one day. It could be stretched to 1 ½ days with the same content
• I can’t think of a thing
• Sometimes a little overwhelming – in the sense that we don’t feel quite as accomplished in our musical style and talents
• I would have liked to spend more one-on-one time asking specific questions
• None that come to mind!
• Just felt a little rushed – 2 days would have been great
• I did not feel that any one thing could have been improved upon
• It could have been more hands on, maybe ½ a day of lecture and 1 ½ days of hands on

What areas were the strongest? Why?

• Showing people the heart of worship
• His ability to tie our heritage to the present and be forward-looking as well
• I enjoyed the whole thing – the sound – instruments – everything – vocal it was AWESOME praising our awesome God
• Striving for improving our existing and helpful suggestions
• Blending all facets of the worship team. So very knowledgeable.
• Hands-on music
• How to deal with worship team administration
• I enjoyed hearing some the history of how the music and worship styles evolved
• Purpose of the worship team, dynamics of “the band” – songs, keys
• Learning how to be confident

Would You recommend this presenter to other churches (Y or N)? Explain

• Yes – very fulfilling
• Yes – Sean’s love for Jesus, his commitment to the church and ability to interact with a variety of people/personalities (God has blessed him greatly) gives him the tools to be very effective
• Yes
• It seems to give some direction into where and what we can strive to do
• Yes – he really helps you learn more about worship
• Yes – enthusiastic & on fire for the Lord
• Yes – awesome inspiring “dude”
• Yes – churches that are thinking about getting into this style of worship. A lot of work ahead of them and Sean would be a great deal of help
• Yes – He’s friendly, funny, easy to listen to and most importantly puts the word of God first

What other comments or suggestions do you have?

• I like the idea of multiple KofK’s staff providing these sessions
• Thank you for your inspirational seminar
• Don’t change anything – You are awesome! I would love to visit your church sometime.
